Abstract submission is November 15th (cement2016@empa.ch) for the 4th International Workshop on “Mechanisms and Modelling of Waste/Cement Interactions”, scheduled to be held between May 22-25, 2016, in Murten, Switzerland.
After the very successful meetings in this workshop series in Meiringen (2005), Le Croisic (2008), and Ghent (2013), we are looking forward to provide again great opportunities for scientific discussions and personal contacts at the international level between researchers working in three different fields such as cement chemistry, nuclear waste disposal and hazardous waste disposal.
The main topics of the conference include :

· Interaction of cement with waste constituents
