Presentation guidelines
Guidelines for presentations are displayed on the website.
Plenary : 45 min for the talk + 5 min for questions
Keynote : 25 min for the talk + 5 min for questions
Oral standard : 15 min for the talk + 3 min for questions
Oral Flash + Poster : 3 min for the talk and questions during the poster sessions
Accommodation
Although all participants are expected to make their own travel and hotel arrangements, the Conference suggests a list of hotels and proposes a low cost accommodation (unique price of 265€ VAT included for the period May 18-27).
