The PhD will be carried out in partnership with the Laboratory of Microbial Ecology of the Rhizosphere for microbiology and microscopy (UMR 7265, CEA Cadarache), the CEREGE (UMR 7330, Interfast, AMU) for the physicochemical characterization , and at M2P2 (UMR 7340 AMU) for experiments in anaerobic and aerobic reactors. These three laboratories are located near Aix en Provence (Bouches du Rhône).
