Safe by design functional coating for interior and exterior with enhance radiation efficiency: a way to save building energy

"I’m, currently, doing a post-doctorate in CEREGE ”sustainable environment" research group dealing with using a safer by design approach, functional coating of wall enhance radiation efficiency based on previous R&D Allios studies.

The main aim of my research is to improve the exterior and interior thermal proprieties of paints using nano-particles of metal oxides named spinel, the dispersion of this nano-particles within the inside and the outside coating will represent a key issue to enhance IR reflectance efficiency as well as the increase of coating durability with several other parameters like: the shape and the surface chemistry of spinel."
