Fête de la Science
SERENADE participates in the annual nation-wide science public relation initiative ("Fête de la Science" created in the early 1990s) which targets the general public, with a special focus on pre-college students.Serenade is pro-active in the outreach festival with at least 3 hands-on on Nanoparticles.
Socio-economic impacts
SERENADE industrials partners and members of the steering committee are actively involved since many years in regulation.For example ALLIOS is member of the Nanotechnology Commission of the FIPEC (Federation of industries of paintings, inks, colours, adhesives) that supports an industrial sector using significant quantities of NMs. SUEZ-ENVIRONNEMENT is involved in end-of-life technologies and also in the development of treatment technologies of effluents containing NMs.
SERENADE Conferences
The most relevant actions in this regard have been the strong involvement of Serenade in the (co-)organization of conferences.The first targeted category is the academic research community.

Pint of Science is a non-profit organisation that brings some of the most brilliant scientists to your local pub to discuss their latest research and findings with you.
