Doctor of Philosophy Chemistry, with specialty in Environmental Chemistry – ICARE Laboratory, University of Orleans. During my thesis, I worked with a discharge flow reactor coupled to a quadrupole mass spectrometer. I studied many elementary reactions like alkyl nitrate with OH and Alkenes with O(³P). For each reactions, temperature dependence and product had been studied. Theses reactions are important for atmospheric chemistry, alkyl nitrate + OH, and for the combustion, Alkenes + O(³P). Now, I work at LCE Laboratory, University Aix-Marseille. HONO-CORN and Safe Ti Paint are both projects on which I work. The first project consists of studying HONO formation by heterogeneous reaction between NO₂ and plants, in this case corn plants. The second project consists in studying photo-catalytic paint. In this project, VOC’s emissions rates, effectiveness, impact of ageing and the composition are studied with a flow tube reactor coupled with a PTR-MS.
