The aim of this project is to study the End-Of-Life of nanoparticles found in coatings and in food packaging by incineration and recycling.
Cynthia Oueiny : Doctor in materials chemistry - Toulon University.
Many areas of research interest and fields of expertise include synthesis/characterization of nanoparticles (Graphene, Carbon nanotubes, Cerium dioxide) and thermoplastics polymers containing nanoparticles (Polypropylene, Polyamide, Polyethylene). Special experience in different characterization techniques such as particle size analyzer, electron microscopy (SEM/TEM/HRTEM), atomic force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photon spectroscopy, Gas chromatography etc. Familiar with aerosols measurements to identify/characterize nanoparticles in aerosols and in work place by using a Condensation particle counter and fast mobility particle sizer. Delivered many papers in internationally recognized journals at higher ranks and participated in many research programs.
