The objective of the SafeTiPaint project was to design a nanoTiO2-based paint that is "Safer-by-Design" at all stages of its life cycle in order to limit both the exposure and the toxic effects of the product for humans and the environment, in an eco-design approach. The objective of the SafeTiPaint 2 project is to continue the efforts made in SafeTiPaint by bringing the production of the paintings formulated in the project to a level of maturity corresponding respectively to a MRL 7 and a TRL 6.
