We encourage you and your colleagues to submit a Raw Materials Commitment (RMC).

Getting the recognition as a Raw MaterialsCommitment provide the following benefits :

• It can raise the awareness of the commitment, not only within the EIP community but also more broadly ;

• It can give a quality assurance to the commitment at the European level ;

• It can guarantee accordance with the EIP (as specified in the SIP) and with the EU raw materials policy framework the EIP is based on ;

• It can potentially facilitate access to finance from various sources (even though the EIP as such is not a funding instrument).

• It can create opportunities to join forces with related commitments ;

• It gives access to the work of the EIP's Operational Groups ;

• It can give visibility and access to contacts outside the EU through opportunities to participate in EU raw materials diplomacy activities.

The European Innovation Partnership onRaw Materials has currently opened a new Call for Commitments, which will remain open from 1 December 2015 until 1 March 2016.
