INTERNANO Spring School on “Engineered nanoparticles in environmental systems – Data handling and interdisciplinary data evaluation” which will be held in Landau, Germany on February 12th - 14th, 2018.

The Spring School addresses interdisciplinary research to assess the environmental fate and effects of engineered nanoparticles. Topics include on the one hand nanoparticles (NP) in close-to-environment-systems and on the other hand data handling and interdisciplinary data evaluation.

Participants will benefit from lectures by experienced scientists as well as from exchanging information between each other. In a second part, data handling of different disciplines will be addressed by courses including experimental design and statistical analysis as well as scientific writing. The Spring School will consist of lectures and exercises and provide ample room for discussion

The Spring School will include the following topics:

Fate of NP:

- Mesocosm studies

- Modeling

- Organic coatings of NP in the environment

Data handling:

- Experimental design

- Statistical analysis

- Scientific writing

You are welcome to submit your application until 12.01.2018, or for late application until 05.02.2018.
