The 2nd International Fresenius Conference "Nanotechnology in Food" will take place in Cologne/Germany on 9 and 10 September 2015.

The fundamental questions confronting the food and packaging industry today are extremely complex :

- What labelling questions / issues of the current legal regulations are turning up ? What benefits do public registries provide ?

- What can today's measurement methods actually achieve ?

- What are the latest findings with respect to oral intake ? What do we understand by good communications ?

- Which innovation potential does nanotechnology have - and do we need it in food production ?

- What experience has been gained so far ?
