European Centre for Risk Management and Safe Innovation
in Nanomaterials & Nanotechnologies

Dear Madam/Sir,

With pleasure we announce the launch of the European Centre for Risk Management and Safe Innovation in nanomaterials and nanotechnologies, EC4safenano. This Centre will be developed over the next three years to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and daily practice by providing services to help others to safely manage this new technology.

To achieve this outcome, we wish to develop a catalogue of services matching the anticipated needs and service requirements to the supply of services from different organizations. The survey has been sent to different stakeholders, including Member States, EC  and EC agencies, Industry and bodies representing the general public. We have used different networks to distribute the survey so you may possibly receive the invitation more than once. We apologise for this and hope you will understand.

We kindly invite you to complete this survey. Your responses will influence the design of the European Centre and ensure:

  • that your important issues will be addressed by the Centre
  • that the catalogue of services will be relevant
  • you can provide services through the Centre, if you wish to do so

You can further increase your influence by becoming a stakeholder in one of the focus networks  and - for your organization - as an Associated Partner of EC4safenano.

Note that answering all questions will take 5-20 minutes. It would be greatly appreciated if you can complete the survey by May 12, 2017.

Feel free to forward this invitation to colleagues or to contacts in your networks.

The results of the survey will be shared with all respondents and discussed in an open workshop prior to the EuroNanoForum on the 20th of June 2017 in Malta (information and registration on www.EC4SafeNano.eu).

The following link will direct you to the survey:

Thank you for your valuable contribution!

Yours sincerely,

The EC4safenano team
