You can find here, the program of the first seminar on nanoscience at INRA to be held on September 30 in Paris (INRA, 147 rue de l'université).
This seminar is the first of a series with two objectives :
1) To bring the attention of the INRA researchers on the results of work done in the field of nanosciences and nanotechnologies in our institute
and
2) to clarify different aspects of this field through the intervention of an external personality.
The first seminar will be dedicated to the use of nano particles of biological origin to design materials. The development of materials and their uses, their fate in organism and their transfer between packaging and food will be also discussed. Some of the results presented are part of the activities of LABEX Serenade.
