The French local society SFTG is in the process of preparing everything for the next annual conference on “Genotoxicology and cancer: Science challenges solved by transdisciplinary collaboration”, which will take place 19-23 May 2019 in the beautiful city of Rennes.

The SFTG (French society of genetic toxicology) exists since 1983. The purpose of the SFTG is to encourage the study of genotoxic effects, to promote research on the mechanisms involved in the stability of genome integrity, the mechanisms of genotoxic action, methods of detection, control of their effects and disseminate scientific and regulatory information to members of the Association, the scientific community, public authorities and public opinion. SFTG is affiliated with the European Environmental Mutagen and Genomics Society (EEMGS).

EEMGS Councilor meeting will take place Monday 20th of May, 18-19h in the conference hall.

All EEMGS members are welcome at the EEMGS General Assembly on Tuesday May 21st, 13h30-14h30.

In addition to the outstanding speakers during the regular sessions, a HUMN (HUman MicroNucleus Project) workshop, organized by Michael Fenech, will complete the program. A free-afternoon will be dedicated to visit the Mont-Saint-Michel or the city of Saint-Malo. Finally, a gala dinner will also be organized on the Wednesday evening.

Register before the deadline of 8th of April, 2019. After that only on-site registration is possible.
